Ted Flittner is the Founder and Executive Director of 1AmpleWorld, a company formed to respect & improve the world climate and rejoice & enjoy global harmony. He heads 1AmpleWorld operations in the Americas and Europe. He is based in Irvine, California.

Ted is driven by a passion to bring healthy and sustainable choices to people around the world. He believes that every person has the right to the abundant nature resources we are blessed with. As a citizen of the world, Flittner has visited nearly 60 countries and has seen how the broader world is quickly mechanizing and adopting polluting, climate changing ways.

Flittner's belief in environmental stewardship led him to co-found Plug In America, the leading advocacy group for plug-in vehicles. He continues there as a leader and volunteer.

Before founding 1AmpleWorld, Flittner was owner and principle of Kinetic Engineering, a consulting organization serving clients ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 industry companies in a broad range of industries and environmental and social welfare non-profit organizations.

Prior to founding Kinetic Engineering, Flittner held a variety of influential roles at Western Digital Corp., where he supported all business units and locations. His various positions had broad influence, with key input to top executives.

Flittner's adaptability and desire to help others excel brings sustainable and continued growth in all endeavors. He focuses on inspiring and empowering others to reach their full creative potential. Ted holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Arizona State University. He is also an accomplished ceramic artist and constant creator.
